The recipe contains the same 10 botanicals as Trevethan Distillery's classic Original, but increased the quantities by 30% so more botanical oil engulfs the liquids. So when that extra kick of Navy Strength finish hits you, is still the same beautifully smooth texture that you expect from a Trevethan Distillery gin. Tasting notes: bold and earthy Juniper which mellows to softer pine with cassia spices and vanilla, a long crisp dry finish.

CHAUFFEUR'S RESERVE SIGNATURE SOUR

Ingredients

60 ml Trevethan Distillery - Chauffeur's Reserve Gin
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20 ml Simple Syrup 1 Egg White

Method

Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, served with a cocktail pick displaying a dried lemon wheel.
