Tasting notes

Underwater maturation occurs for 12 months at a depth of 24 meters off the Mediterranean coast of Alicante, which along with the non-filtering of this wine will develop very slight beginnings of a 2nd fermentation in the bottle. The aroma, high intensity. Stone fruit and tropical aromas stand out about the rest, accompanies by fine notes of butter, brioche and pastries. The palate, with volume and balance, unctuous with well-integrated acidity, bringing to mind fruity flavours (mango and stone fruits). Great structure with an intense fruity retronasal phase, reminiscent of pastry aromas typical of the second fermentation. Its flavours is complex, frank, smooth and fruity. Microvinification of less than 3500 bottles per year.

About this wine

Bodega Submarina Del Mediterráneo crafts this distinctive Albariño from Spain's celebrated Rias Baixas region, where Atlantic influence and granite-rich terroir create wines of remarkable complexity. The Albariño grape thrives in this coastal climate, developing the characteristic mineral salinity and bright acidity that define the region's finest whites.

This wine showcases the elegant interplay between fruit-forward character and sophisticated structure. Notes of tropical fruit and brioche complexity are balanced by a stony minerality, creating a wine that rewards both immediate enjoyment and contemplative sipping. The buttery undertones add richness without overwhelming the wine's natural freshness.

An exceptionally versatile choice for the discerning palate, this Albariño pairs beautifully with fresh fish, tapas, small plates, and artisanal cheeses. Whether served at the yacht club, mountain villa, or fine dining table, it delivers the refined character expected by those who appreciate authentic Spanish white wine craftsmanship.
