Ingredients

  • 60ml The Glenrothes - 42 yrs
  • 20ml Demerara simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 Lemon twist

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add The Glenrothes - 42 yrs, Demerara simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Express the lemon twist over the surface of the drink and discard.

Serve

Coupe glass, lemon twist garnish.
