GLENROTHES SILVER SLIPPER

Ingredients

  • 60 ml The Glenrothes - 25 yrs
  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 15 ml Egg white

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the surface of the drink to release the oils.
