The incomparable taste of Singleton is due to exceptional maturation in European oak barrels which provide intense fruit aromas, as well as in American oak barrels which release subtle touches of vanilla and honey. It is a rich and smooth single malt, designed to appeal to those new to the single malt category. This smooth and naturally rich single malt scotch whiskey is characterised by sweet fruity notes and a delicious lingering warmth on the palate. The flavor of toasted hazelnut combines perfectly on the palate with the flavorus of blackcurrant, brown sugar and espresso coffee.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Singleton of Dufftown - 12 yrs
- 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Honey syrup (1:1 ratio honey to water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Singleton of Dufftown, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, served without any additional presentation.
