Made from 100% Filipino ingredients, Santa Ana Gin is a true organoleptic journey to the heart of Asia. The classic berries of juniper, coriander and the roots of angelica and iris mingle with Ylang-ylang, Alpinia and the citrus fruits of calamansi for a captivating fragrance worthy of a Tropical Cabaret.
Its fresh nose opens with notes of tuberose flowers. Allowed to breathe, citrus fruits and sweet spices evolve into aromas of lavender. On the palate, the attack is frank with spices. The peppery notes evolve into more lemony flavours.
