Mixed with a drop of local organic honey, Samai Gold Rum reveals the intensity of Cambodia’s molasses, bringing it into a class all of its own. A nose of natural sweet notes of vanilla and oak with hints of oak, caramelised honey and dark chocolate on the palate, and a long finish with sweet notes of honey.

Golden Sunset

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Samai Gold rum
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients to the shaker.
3. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
