The Imperial Dragon
Ingredients
- 60 ml Royal Dragon Imperial Superior Vodka
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml premium honey syrup
- 10 ml Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- Ice for shaking
Method
- Add the vodka, lemon juice, honey syrup, maraschino liqueur, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Fill the shaker with fresh ice and shake for another 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
Serve
Coupe glass chilled to 4°C. Garnish with a thin lemon twist expressed over the drink's surface and placed on the rim. Top with a single gold leaf delicately positioned on the foam head. Serve immediately without ice.
