Recaredo - Terrers - Cava-Corpinnat

Recaredo's Terrers is a Cava produced under the Corpinnat designation, a category of traditional-method sparkling wines from Cataluña made to stricter quality standards than standard Cava, including estate-grown fruit and extended lees ageing.

Expect a fresh, textured palate with orchard fruit, a fine mousse and a savoury, mineral edge from time on lees. Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with tapas, cured meats and shellfish - a serious alternative to Champagne for guests who like their sparkling wine with a bit more grip.
