Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
  • 30 ml Passionfruit Purée
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Pyrat XO Reserve Rum, passionfruit purée, lime juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a passionfruit half and a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass.
