Gran Anejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Plantation Gran Anejo
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, muddle the brown sugar and bitters until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the Plantation Gran Anejo and stir until well combined.
3. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.
