Gran Anejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Plantation Gran Anejo rum
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, combine the rum, simple syrup, and bitters.
2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
