These Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims, renowned for their elegance and freshness, are blended in perfect harmony with the delicately fruity Chardonnays from the Côte de Sézanne. Aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and almonds. The fresh and silky palate stretches with finesse on mineral notes.

About this sparkling wine

Palmer & Co. stands as one of Champagne's most respected producers, crafting elegant sparkling wines from the region's finest terroirs. This Blanc de Blancs Brut is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, the signature variety of the Côte des Blancs, delivering the pure, mineral-driven character that defines this prestigious appellation.

A wine of refinement and freshness, this Champagne showcases the elegance inherent to 100% Chardonnay production. The style emphasizes crisp acidity and delicate complexity, making it an ideal aperitif or celebration wine. At 12% ABV, it offers a lighter, more approachable profile perfect for extended enjoyment.

Pair this sparkling wine with shellfish and lobster, fresh goat cheese, or citrus-based dishes. Its mineral backbone and bright acidity complement green vegetables and aromatic dishes beautifully, making it equally suited to fine dining, yacht entertaining, or intimate villa gatherings.
