The history of Orin Swift Cellars is a fascinating one. The winery was founded by Dave Phinney in 1998, and it quickly gained a reputation for producing some of the most innovative and exciting wines in California. Phinney's approach to winemaking was unconventional, to say the least - he was known for using non-traditional grape varieties, experimenting with different blending techniques, and aging his wines in a variety of different oak barrels. Despite this, his wines were consistently praised for their quality and complexity, and he quickly became one of the most respected winemakers in the industry.

Today, Orin Swift Cellars is owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, but the spirit of innovation and experimentation that Phinney brought to the winery is still very much alive. The winery continues to produce a wide range of exceptional wines, including the Papillon, which is widely regarded as one of the best blends in California.

So where should you enjoy a bottle of Orin Swift Cellars - Papillon? This wine is perfect for special occasions, such as dinner parties or romantic evenings at home. It pairs beautifully with rich, hearty dishes, such as steak, lamb, or venison, as well as with strong cheeses and dark chocolate. If you're looking for a wine that will impress your guests and leave a lasting impression, then Orin Swift Cellars - Papillon is the perfect choice. So why not treat yourself to a
