Neptune Rum Barbados Gold contains no sugars or chemicals, the velvety smoothness of Neptune Rum is a result of the top-secret final stage of the proprietary process. The Multi-Award-Winning Gold Barbados Rum is distilled and aged at the celebrated family-owned Foursquare Rum Distillery set within a former 17th-century sugarcane plantation at the southern end of the island of Barbados. A beautifully smooth pot and column stilled rum that’s been lovingly aged in American bourbon oak casks is a blend of 3, 5 and 8-year-old aged rums. With nuances of apricot, banana and coconut overlaid with soft hints of honey and vanilla. Neptune rum can be enjoyed on it’s own or in your favourite cocktail.

NEPTUNE'S TREASURE

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Neptune Rum - Gold
  • 20 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Neptune Rum - Gold, dry vermouth, Maraschino liqueur, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
