The complex bouquet opens with a mixture of white and yellow fruits such as peach, apricot, mirabelle plum and quince, as well as fresh and sweet notes of anise and bergamot with a touch of honey and orange peel in the background. On the palate, this typical and elegant Sauternes is luxuriously aromatic, unctuous, juicy, powerful and rich, body and sweetness are wonderfully balanced.
