Monin - Cinnamon

Monin Cinnamon is a French syrup from Monin, made for adding warmth and spice to drinks without reaching for whole spices behind the bar. Concentrated and consistent, it delivers cinnamon character bottle after bottle.

A useful addition for autumnal or after-dinner cocktails, mulled drinks, or a dash in coffee and hot chocolate service. Serve at 8-10°C and dose sparingly, cinnamon syrup is potent, and a small measure carries a cocktail or warm drink a long way.
