Milagro Sunrise Ritual
Ingredients
- 60 ml Milagro Select Silver Tequila
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml agave nectar
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 pinch of sea salt Ice for mixing
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Add Milagro Select Silver Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and Cointreau
- Add two dashes of Angostura bitters
- Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until well chilled
- Strain into prepared glass using a fine strainer
- Top with a small ice sphere or single large cube if desired
Serve
Coupe glass with a salted rim (combine sea salt with dried grapefruit zest). Garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel positioned on the rim and a single fresh rosemary sprig placed vertically through the center of the drink. Present with the garnish already in place and serve immediately.
