MICHTER'S MANHATTAN
Ingredients
- 60 ml Michter's - US
- 1 - Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Michter's Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters, and Orange Bitters.
- Stir gently until well-chilled, approximately 20-30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single Luxardo Maraschino cherry, skewered and placed in the center of the drink.
