An unknown Greek variety, a special style of wine in orange shades. The Hydiriotiko of Lesbos in an extreme winemaking version, gives us a wine of a special temperament that will expand our taste horizons. Organic wine from volcanic soils with a charming and juicy marmalade profile. Unusual orange colour resulting from the vinification process of the wine. Its aromatic profile appears ripe with apricot jam dominating but citrus peels and mineral elements in the background. Dry in the mouth with medium body, noticeable acidity and subtle tannins on the finish.
