Made with 100% pure agave and formulated using a blend of Extra-Anejo, Anejo and Reposado tequilas, this exceptional tequila is unique. After the tequila has completed its aging process, it goes through a proprietary filtration process that allows us to selectively remove the color, while preserving the tequila’s complexity and smoothness. Bright and clear tequila with touches of silver and an exceptional body, which stems from high-quality agave. An outstanding mix of aromas are released from the wood and agave, including buttery notes of caramel, honey and maple, as well as nutty and fruity notes, a touch of cinnamon, almond and a slight hint of smokiness. A complex mix of sweet flavours, caramel, honey and maple as well as nutty and vanilla notes. An indescribable smoothness and a long finish that leaves you wanting more. Smooth taste with a light finish.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Maestro Dobel - Diamante - Reposado
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml agave syrup
  • 15 ml Aperol
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lime wheel and edible gold flakes for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Maestro Dobel - Diamante - Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, Aperol, and orange bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of edible gold flakes.

Serve

A coupe glass with a vibrant, golden-orange cocktail and a shimmering surface from the edible gold flakes, garnished with a lime wheel on the rim.
