MACALLAN MANHATTAN RESERVE
Ingredients
- 60 ml The Macallan - 30 yrs - Sherry Oak
- 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 5 ml Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add The Macallan - 30 yrs - Sherry Oak, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters.
- Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a single Maraschino cherry skewered on a cocktail pick and placed in the center of the glass.
