Ingredients
- 60 ml The Macallan - 18 yrs - Triple Cask
- 20 ml Amontillado sherry
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. - Add The Macallan - 18 yrs - Triple Cask, Amontillado sherry, honey syrup, and orange bitters. - Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled. - Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. - Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish.
Serve
A rocks glass with a large, clear ice cube at its center, garnished with an orange twist on the rim.
