MACALLAN FINE OAK SAZERAC

Ingredients

60 ml The Macallan - 18 yrs - Fine Oak
15 ml Absinthe
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Add The Macallan - 18 yrs - Fine Oak, Absinthe, and Angostura bitters.
Stir until well-chilled.
Place the sugar cube in a chilled rocks glass.
Discard the ice in the mixing glass and strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass.

Serve

Rocks glass, garnished with a lemon peel twisted over the surface of the drink to express the oils.
