Straw yellow colour. The nose has aromas of celery, tomato leaf and white-paste fruit. Whirling the wine in the glass arrive, the golden apple, the white peach, the passion fruit split in half. Even the aromatic herbs with sage and small rosemary leaves enrich the complexity of the picture. Also notes of white flowers.
On the palate the balance between form and substance is fully achieved. The acidity brings a good contribution of salivation and draws it well upright. The minerality is noteworthy. Softness has an excellent consistency given by glycerine. After swallowing aromas of aromatic herbs reach the nasal receptors: the thyme is splendid. White peach and notes of split almond are added. The memory it leaves is persistent.
Overall it is an excellent interpretation of Italian Sauvignon Blanc, confirming itself year after year among the best in Italy.
