L'Héritier-Guyot - Crème de Cassis de Dijon - Liqueur

Ingredients

• 45 ml L'Héritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis de Dijon
• 60 ml premium cognac
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml vanilla syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 egg white

Method

1. Add the crème de cassis, cognac, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add a large handful of ice to the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
5. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
