White wine, youthful colour, light straw, quite pale on the rim. Quite discreet nose, rather elegant, not really a fruit-driven style, it’s nuttier; I get notes of almond, some crushed nuts, hints of citrus and some notes of crushed apple. It has a good bite on the palate, it starts out discreetly, then expands well on the palate and it has rather persistent flavour, still in a discreet style not really opulent or flashy but rather on the white fruity apple pear side, underlined by that citrusy spiciness, some notes of citrus zest. It gives a good impression of freshness, it’s an acidity which is rather mellow and rounded.
A very pale and bright yellow with green reflections. It has a delicate nose with floral notes (white flowers) and fruity aromas (pear). The mouth offers a lovely fresh sensation with poise and balance. It is delicate with aromatic finesse of white fleshed fruit and a zest of grapefruit in after taste.

Le Grand Cros is a renowned wine producer located in the heart of Provence, France. The estate has a rich history dating back to the 18th century when it was first established by the Cros family. Today, the estate is run by the Sumeire family who have continued the tradition of producing exceptional wines.

Le Grand Cros is known for its high-quality rosé wines, which are made using a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested to ensure only the best fruit is used in the winemaking process. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours.

In addition to rosé, Le Grand Cros also produces red and white wines. The red wines are made using a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, while the white wines are made using a blend of Rolle and Ugni Blanc grapes. Both the red and white wines are aged in oak barrels to add complexity and depth to the final product.

Le Grand Cros is located in the Côtes de Provence appellation, which is known for producing some of the best rosé wines in the world. The estate's vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Massif des Maures, which provides the perfect terroir for growing grapes. The soil is a mix of clay and limestone, which helps to retain moisture and nutrients, while the warm Mediterranean climate ensures the grapes ripen fully.

Overall, Le Grand Cros is a producer of exceptional wines that are a true reflection of the terroir and the winemaking traditions of Provence. Whether you're a fan of rosé, red, or white wines, you're sure to find something to love from this esteemed producer.
