The 2021 comes from a cooler Russian River site and offers a complex bouquet of red currants, smoked earth, ground pepper, and exotic floral and rose hip notes. Rich, medium-bodied, and seamless on the palate, its incredibly classy as well as perfectly balanced.

This Kistler is a smooth red wine with a wonderful nose of ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves and anise and hints of forest plants. On the palate, it is intense, delicate and very elegant. A medium to full-bodied wine that reveals flavoursome red fruit over an earthy and spicy background and a velvety and very long finish.
