KENTUCKY OWL SERENADE

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Kentucky Owl Bourbon - Batch 8
  • 30 ml Crème de Cassis
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Kentucky Owl Bourbon, Crème de Cassis, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.

Serve

Coupe glass

Garnish with a lemon twist, placed on the rim of the glass.
