KAUFFMAN IMPERIAL COOLER
Ingredients
- 60 ml Kauffman - Soft Vodka
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 60 ml premium tonic water
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Kauffman - Soft Vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the tonic water and gently stir.
- Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a fresh lime wedge.
