Tasting notes
Of all the Chablis Grand Crus, Vaudésir is the most delicate. It seduces with its lively and elegant character and also offers a rarely equaled minerality, thanks to the finesse expressed by the Chardonnay on the Kimmeridgian terroir, a rather friable limestone composed of fossilized oysters and shells. The result is a generous, dry, and opulent nectar with superb length on the palate, which successfully defies time! This 2023 vintage is distinguished by a splendid mineral aroma, combined with discreet vegetal notes. Its richness is exceptional!
