Ingredients

  • 60 ml Isautier - Arrange Gingembre Citron
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • Soda water

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Isautier - Arrange Gingembre Citron, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
