Ilovka Caramel is a vodka which is made with cereal alcohol and which is successively distilled three times with specially selected white sugar and cane sugar. Its distillation is slow and takes place in century-old copper stills at low temperature, thus obtaining a product full of finesse and sweetness. Ilovka Caramel is created from this traditional elaboration of the best vodka with artisanal caramel.

CARAMEL VELVET

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ilovka Caramel Vodka
  • 20ml Cream liqueur
  • 30ml Freshly brewed espresso
  • 10ml Vanilla syrup

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add Ilovka Caramel Vodka, cream liqueur, espresso, and vanilla syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a light dusting of cocoa powder and a coffee bean placed in the center.
