On the nose, we can detect notes of sweet smoke, with earthy and mineral touches, balanced by aromas of malted cereals and sometimes hints of spices.
On the palate, the Expression Tourbée reveals more intense flavors of peat, accompanied by notes of burnt wood, vanilla, and sometimes even caramel or licorice.
The whole is harmonious, with a soft texture that tempers the smoky side.
The finish is long, with a smoky persistence that blends into slightly sweet and spicy flavours.
