Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gran Patron - Platinum Tequila
  • 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Agave Nectar
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Gran Patron - Platinum Tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the surface of the drink.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lime wheel suspended on the rim of the glass using a cocktail pick.
