This orange wine comes from sauvignons on limestone soils harvested slightly over maturity. The vinification was done so that the notes of tropical fruits explode on the nose, the freshness is striking from the attack on the palate and the nuances of citrus peel are carried by the sweet bitterness of the finish, typical of this fermentation. An experience not to be missed!
