Ingredients

  • 60 ml Four Roses - Small Batch Bourbon - Limited Edition 2024
  • 25 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Four Roses Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, honey syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, served with a small gold-rimmed saucer containing a single dried rose petal.
