The Première cuvées are one of the oldest from the Figuière estate. These are deep signed wines with mineral and gourmet flavours. A rosé of elegance and delicacy that will leave no one indifferent! This wine opens up to a pale blush pink colour with a copper hue. The nose displays a fine hint of oak and toast with creamy brioche and butter notes with ripe peach, stone fruit, sweet citrus, and floral hints. The palate has medium weight with fresh red fruit and melon flavours, well-balanced with a hint of complexity and a long aftertaste.
The "Première" cuvée is the most precise expression of the three terroirs of the Figuière vineyard, between land and sea, from the Mediterranean coast to the heart of the Massif des Maures. Its unique aromatic and sensuality adapts to all occasions; with elegance and finesse, as an aperitif or with a slightly more “serious” meal. Its precise blend of Cinsault , Grenache and Mourvèdre reveals the secrets of Provence and its beautiful rosés!
A perennial top performer, Figuière's Cotes de Provence Rose Premiere is a blend of 45% each Cinsault and Grenache, plus 10% Mourvèdre. Made entirely in stainless steel, it offers bold scents of red berries, white peaches, melon and citrus. It's an expressive, silky-textured and medium-bodied effort with enough concentration to think it will drink well into next year.
