Elephant Gin is a London Dry artisanal distilled from rare ingredients, selected to capture the typical species of Africa: the baobab savanna, buchu, African absinthe etc. A spicy bouquet on the nose with vegetal notes reminiscent of mountain pine with grassy tips. Complex palate and sweet aromas developing on floral, fruity and spicy flavours. Subtle spicy and vegetal balance finish.

Jungle Safari

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Elephant Gin
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Elephant Gin, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, orange bitters, and ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
