RHUBARB ROSE ROYALE
Ingredients
- 45ml Eden Mill - Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml Rosehip liqueur
- 120ml Brut Champagne
Method
- Fill a chilled champagne flute with Brut Champagne.
- In a mixing glass, combine the Eden Mill - Rhubarb Gin and Rosehip liqueur.
- Stir the mixture with ice until well-chilled.
- Strain the gin and liqueur mixture into the champagne flute.
Serve
Champagne flute, garnish with a single rhubarb stalk placed delicately across the rim of the glass.
