Eden Mill - Love Gin
Eden Mill's Love Gin is a premium Scottish gin that is perfect for those who love a floral and fruity taste profile. This gin is made with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and rose petals, which give it a unique and refreshing taste.
The history of Eden Mill dates back to the 19th century when it was a paper mill. In 2012, the site was transformed into a distillery, and since then, Eden Mill has been producing some of the finest gins and spirits in Scotland.
Love Gin is best enjoyed with a splash of tonic water and a slice of fresh strawberry. It's perfect for a summer evening, sipping on the balcony or in the garden. Alternatively, it can be used to create a delicious cocktail, such as a Love Martini or a Love Fizz.

Love Potion No. 9 is a shaken cocktail made with Eden Mill - Love Gin, served in a coupe.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Eden Mill - Love Gin
- 25 ml Raspberry liqueur
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Eden Mill - Love Gin, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a fresh raspberry skewered on a cocktail pick, placed across the top of the glass.
