Vinified in stainless steel tanks, the Johannisberg du Valais Siccus is a clear, fresh and very precise Sylvaner that displays an intense nose with white fruit aromas and floral as well as almond notes.
Intense and juicy on the palate, with primary aromas of ripe pears, this is a full-bodied and concentrated, very intense and well-structured wine. This is a very rich and powerful wine that will age very well despite its low acidity.
