Tasting notes

A magnificent expression of grand cru Chardonnay revealing intense aromas of white flowers, hazelnut, and ripe citrus with subtle notes of brioche and wet stone. The palate is powerfully structured yet elegant, offering layers of golden apple, toasted almond, and lemon curd balanced by vibrant acidity and pronounced minerality. Rich, creamy texture from barrel aging leads to a remarkably long, saline finish with hints of vanilla and white pepper.
