The Carpe Diem Pinotage is deep, dark and dense. While the nose is light on fruit, it is rich with notes of turned earth, dusty leather and an inky essence. Full-bodied and firm on the palate, the flavour profile remains subdued but eventually gives way to a lingering, spicy, mineral-laced finish.
