Dalla Valle's Collina features a deep garnet-purple colour, sashaying out of the glass with flamboyant scents of freshly crushed black currants, Morello cherries and red currant jelly with hints of cinnamon stick, menthol and red roses. The full-bodied palate is packed with black and red berry layers with loads of spicy sparks and a soft, velvety texture, finishing with a minty lift.
