To achieve this work of art, the vineyards are carefully selected. Only the best barrels are used for the final blend. Forty percent of the grapes are traditionally vinified with whole bunches, so without de-stalking and crushing. This is particularly suitable for pinot noir, because it creates more color, aromas and structure. After fermentation, the wine continues to mature for another year in oak barrels. The wine is then lightly filtered and finally bottled. And then it is the turn of wine lovers to enjoy this special wine.
The bouquet contains a subtle hint of rose petals, then beautiful notes of black cherries, wild wild strawberries, a subtle pepper and a little anise. Due to the wood bearing, we also detected a fine touch of oak. The taste palette is truly a ''city trip'' through beautiful flavors. Beautiful hints of cherries and ripe plums, interspersed with spices, earthy mushrooms and a fine touch of vanilla. The refined aftertaste completes the journey through this Creation Art of Pinot Noir. Delicious to combine with veal sweetbreads and light game dishes.
