Creation - Chenin Blanc Cool Climate

This Cool Climate Chenin Blanc begins with a soft and simple expression of pineapple, pear, apple and lemon aromas. The open-knit palate is slightly waxy and leaves a slightly bitter sensation. The medium-bodied wine ends with good acidity on a moderate finish. This bottling represents a good and classic example of Chenin Blanc from South Africa, as it was fermented and matured in 100% French barrels, none of which were new.
