Tasting notes
This Cognac is a blend of a few Petite Champagnes and a majority of Fins Bois, aged for 7 years for the oldest. The Fins Bois gives it finesse and a fruity taste, resulting in a very fruity flavour profile with a fresh taste of ripe fruit, spring flowers, and woody notes. The nose is balanced, with the vigour of a young cognac. It is powerful and harmonious, with a very intense and rich aroma.
