Enquire about availabilityPariglia is a pure Vermentino produced with grapes from the vineyards of Terre d'Ossidiana and Monte Arci at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level, on volcanic soils, generated by the dissolution of ancient rocks. The best bunches are softly pressed, and the flower must ferment in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Before bottling, the wine is aged for some months in steel tanks. The colour is bright yellow and light. The aroma has scents of citrus peel, orange blossom, hawthorn, yellow pulp fruit and iodine hints. The flavour is pleasantly fruity, aromatic, clear and fresh, with a harmonious finish.
Continì Tyrsos Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is a delightful white wine with a crisp and refreshing taste profile. On the palate, expect vibrant notes of citrus fruits, green apple, and a hint of minerality. The aroma is inviting with floral hints and a touch of Mediterranean herbs, making it a perfect summer sipper.
This Vermentino is ideal for casual gatherings, seafood dinners, or simply enjoying a sunny day on the patio. Pair it with grilled fish, fresh salads, or light pasta dishes to enhance its citrusy notes. Its bright acidity and clean finish make it a versatile choice for various occasions.
