On the slopes of the last foothills of the Alps, at an altitude of between 200 and 300 meters approximately, entirely located within the territory of the commune of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The harvest is manual, the grapes are picked at the optimum of their maturity and are carefully sorted to bring the best of the harvest. The complex nose highlights balsamic and fruit notes such as black cherry, raspberry, or wild blackberry. Rosemary, laurel, touches of liquorice, overcome the set of southern notes. The structure reveals a harmonious whole.
