Tasting notes

Once out of the barrels, Clément VSOP rum is gradually reduced over six long months in an oak barrel, before being bottled at home. With a beautiful mahogany colour, this Clément A.O.C. Martinique rum surprises with its incredible aromatic complexity. You will appreciate the flavour of roasted dried fruits, sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon as well as intensely roasted mocha.
